A drill is a powered hand tool that spins a bit to make holes in wood, metal, masonry or plastic. Different bits and speed settings let the same tool handle different materials.
Typical uses
On farms and building sites it is used for fixing fences, gates, shelving and machine guards, and for drilling holes for bolts and anchors.

Care and handling
