What it is
A sand rake is a wide-tined rake used to gather and level loose material such as sand and shells. The spaced tines let fine material fall through while catching larger pieces.

Care and handling
Rinse off salt water and sand after use and dry the tines, as salt speeds up rust. Do not use it as a lever, and store it head-up or hung so the tines are not bent.
